Whimsy ~ You make a perfect pear!

Here is my last card this week using the fabulous new
This one is called
Pretty Peartunia!
Isn't she adorable? As soon as I saw her I had her in mind to make this anniversary card for our friends.

I used the gorgeous sketch over at Truly Scrumptious, it was so perfect for this image! I used my new SU corner punch, have the border punch too but just can't seem to co-ordinate them..it is me, I know it is! One of these days I will learn how to use them together!
The other challenge I made this for is Your Next Stamp Challenge which asks for spring colours!

I couldn't resist making some little gifts to go along with my card and as I had plenty of scraps left it was easy to make them straight off. I made a little candy goody bag and a tea bag holder. Could have easily gone on to make more but decided really it was time to clean the house!!!

    I love this card...and I completely get the border/corner punch dilemma. I just received mine from my party and it is as though the corner punch cuts in deeper than the border punch...I don't think that they were meant to be used together? Think I was Duped by purchasing both ;)
