On my desk this week a lovely bundle of wool just arrived from Loveknitting.com the blue (you can just see peeping out the middle) is an aran for the hubster and the pinks are for a very cute bunny called Primrose!
I do love my purchases being wrapped in tissue and the very lovely organza bag!
and my creation for tomorrow so you will have to come back then to see it finished!
and just look at this guy! We got out for our first trail walk of the year at the weekend and spotted him. We don't see them all winter so this is a sure sign spring is here! They call them Pot guts here for some reason but I reckon he is a type of prairie dog. They are ever so cute, I love seeing them all summer!
Looks like there will be a lot of knitting going on in your house!
ReplyDeleteNo WOYWW from me this week, just going round when I can.
Hahaaa.. the photo of the Pot/ prairie dog made me think of the movie 'Groundhog day'. I liked that movie! Lovely wool you got there... have fun creating with it. Happy woyww, Marit 101

ReplyDeleteSwoon at the wool, I was in a local yarn store for the first time at the weekend, only shopped at the big stores before (JoAnns etc), wow that was an experience! Thanks for the lace pattern too, looks simple, I've printed it out and added it to my knitting pattern file.
