Cute Card Thursday - Sketch by me!

Sorry about the dodgy sketch over on Cute Card Thursday this week, all my fault! 

I vintaged everything with distress inks, the papers are Anna Griffin from a bargain bucket at Michaels.  Stamp is Magnolia of course, such a cutie!

The sentiment stamp is from Whimsy Stamps part of the 'ticket rubber stamp set' designed by Ann Vento aka Raindrop Echo Designs.

Cute Card Thursday ~Get a headstart!

Christmas has arrived early at Cute Card Thursday!

The theme this week is 'get a headstart , make a card for Christmas!'

We also have some exciting news, we have 5 new DT members so please pop along there and see all the fabulous inspiration on offer!

My first attempt was a Christmas card but I just didn't like it so I started from scratch with a completely different idea.  I decided to get a head start on making some of my Christmas Gift Bags.  These will be perfect for giving the neighbours delicious Christmas cookies!

This cutie is Magnolia 'kitchen Tilda' from the a little yummy for your tummy collection.  I have coloured her with distress inks.   All the flowers are Prima,  

the papers are Basic Grey, Dasher and Eskimo kisses.

The sentiment stamps are Stampin' Up, I used them on the back of the bag and also on the little tag.

Cute Card Thursday ~ School's Out!

This week on Cute Card  Thursday the theme is

School's Out!

School has been out for a month here so I decided to do a summer birthday card, this is perfect for a friend of my daughter's who loves to come and swim in our pool.

This sweet image is Belle's and Whistles by Elisabeth Bell. 

The pretty paper is My Minds Eye '29th Street'

The fabulous ticket stamp is from Whimsy Stamps designed by Ann Vento aka Raindrop Echo Designs called 'Ticket Stamps' they are so versatile, I love them! 

The leaf punch is by Leone-Em and the flowers and pearls are Prima.  I distressed everything with distress inks 'tea dye' and 'antique linen' including the flowers.  

I saw this quote on a T-shirt somewhere and it has stuck in my mind, love it!

The theme on Cute Card Thursday this week is Let's get Fruity!

I couldn't resist digging out this older Whimsy stamp for it, she is called 'Pretty Peartunia'. The sentiment is also a Whimsy Digi designed by Ann Vento aka Raindrop Echo Designs.   The sweet hanging pear charm is also from the Whimsy Online Store.
