Cute Card Thursday - Anything goes!

Over on Cute Card Thursday this week the theme is Anything Goes.

A lovely easy theme specially for our 5th birthday!

I originally made this card for the

Whimsy Inspirations Magazine Issue 11 from January but as I haven't shown it on my blog before I thought I could sneak it in today!  I have had no time recently for new makes!  Hoping to change that over the next week though!

It was part of a collaboration between Whimsy Stamps and Tiddly Inks.

Through thick and thin

Here is a card that featured in the January Whimsy Inspirations Magazine.

Whimsy stamps and Tiddly Inks teamed up for a special collaboration for the magazine.  

The Tiddly Inks image I used is Love Fully, coloured with Prismacolor pencils.

The through thick and thin sentiment is from the Family and friends mini postage stamps. by Whimsy Stamps.

Cute Card Thursday ~ For the boys

The theme for Cute Card Thursday this week is

For the boys!

A very quick and simple card from me today.  I used Simple Stories 'Awesome' collection to keep it super simple but still have plenty to focus on.  

The image is from Tiddly inks and one that I coloured about a year ago! I was lucky to find it, perfect for a quick make!

This one will be perfect for mailing too as it is an A6 size card and not too many stick out bits to it.  Think I might try to make a few more of these just to have handy for times when I need to mail a card and also when I am even too busy to make one in a hurry!

Tiddly Inks Birthday Treasure Hunt and Blog Hop

Welcome to the Tiddly Inks Treasure Hunt bloghop. We are kicking off Tiddly Ink’s first birthday celebration and I am so glad you joined us to hunt for inspiration and goodies.

My creation today features Tiddly Inks’s new image' Geekatude'.

I coloured him with Copics and Prismacolor pencils.

As soon as I saw this cute character I knew I wanted to make one of these backpacks I saw forever ago!  It would be the perfect little gift bag to fill with goodies for going back to school!  - I know, I am working well ahead of myself!

I found a tutorial over on Splitcoast Stampers which uses a template, however the template was way too small to fit this little cutie on and I couldn't work out how to enlarge it so I drew my own based on the shape of the template.  I used my Martha Stewart scoreboard which was a huge help!
