Whimsy Challenge and Ismaki

Not at all sure about this card, I am out of my comfort zone using red and green! I usually save this colour combo for Christmas cards but decided to give them whirl. Think I will keep them for Christmas in future!
This card is for 2 challenges, first of all the fabulous new Whimsy Stamps Challenge which is celebrating its first week so the theme is 'Occasion Celebrations', so I made a birthday card!
The winner can choose any 2 stamps from the Whimsy Animal Collection, what a fantastic prize!
I used the fabulous sketch over at Ismaki this week created by Elisa.
Supplies: Stamps ~ Whimsy Stamps Kids Collection 'Rainy Day Emma', SU 'Circle of friendship'
DP ~ Basic Grey 'Infuse'
Embellishments ~ Papermania adhesive pearls, ribbon and eyelets, Prima flower

I totally disagree Deb i think your Green and Red card works beautifully and you should get them out more often! Doesnt look christmasy it makes me think of wet spring days - when all the colours are bright and bold!
