WOYWW

Do you ever wish you hadn't started something?
This is one of those snowball effects!  I decided to change out some furniture in my craft room, removing a cupboard and chest of drawers.  Unfortunately, it left me with scuffed walls which I then repaired and decided to repaint the whole wall in the same paint colour.  This is what I did this morning but once dried it is obviously a shade or 2 darker than the original!  Not so bad on one wall but silly me touched up a couple of patches on another wall!!! Now I have to do the rest of the room!
You can't really see my desk today, it is there beneath those piles!  I was hoping it would be clear to create on by tomorrow but this job looks like lasting out the week!
This is the reason for all the drama!  I wanted to change out the existing furniture for a nice white Expedit!  The idea being I can see my stash therefore might use it and not forget I have it!
If you want to see some more productive desks than mine pop on over to Julia's blog for links and more info!

I know exactly what you mean, we want things done today, but there always seems to be something that puts a spanner in the works....Hope you have a great week and happy crafting

Hang in there. It always gets worse before it gets better. Real life is never like the TV make over shows though...I wish it were. #35

Tea bag syndrome strikes again! It's all about the knock on effect of trying to achieve something simple yet it creates this never ending sequence! Good luck, I hope you manage to get to the craft sorting really soon, lol!

Woo hoo can I relate! I am still in the throes of changing out rooms 5 months later and I don't think it will be done anytime soon! Good luck there! Have a great week. Vickie #52

Don't you just hate snowball DIY! One job ALWAYS leads to another. I feel your pain! MMx #52

Yes, I have been there! I'm right now in the middle of doing my bedroom. I had to take down wallpaper border and and next comes the painting. Trying to pull my house out of the 80's!

Hi Deb,...well you sure did start something - painting walls mmm but in the end it will be worth it to have the shelving - I've recently had a small rearrange and having things out of the cupboard and in sight sure does help - I'm using them. Good Luck, have fun Cheers RobynO#30
