WOYWW

My table was this clear when I started working on it, it has since become a little more cluttered while I have been working on the card!
Doing a little colouring today with some new images just released this week from Whimsy Stamps.
I have once again made a PL card, a bit of an addiction going on here!
Not a lot of creativity going on this week again because of the paintwork in the house.  I am working my way through all the bathrooms. My eldest daughter's this week while she is away for Spring Break!
I took some time out this morning to make this card but it is back to the grind this afternoon stripping everything out the bathroom and prepping it for painting!
and here is what I did a little later (just putting off the inevitable!) a bit of heat embossing with some new Whimsy sentiment stamps!
Don't look at some of the messy edges, I was less careful where I knew it would be die cut off! Totally loving these new Chalkboard stamps especially!

Hope you will play along with us this week, for more details pop on over to Julia's blog!

Oh wow, I've never seen those chalkboard stamps before. I love them. The black really sets them off. Beautiful, and those pencils caught my eye, too. Happy WOYWW from #2.

Oh, you are a good soul doing all that paintwork! I don't mind painting, it's all the preparation that has to be done first...I'm so bad at that, I just want to cut straight to the chase...so true in many aspects of my life!! Grin!
I love that chalkboard effect...Julia had done some in her workshop the other day and I was admiring it there. I'm really into white text on a dark background, think it works well.
Don't wear your paintbrush out too much - crafting is important too ;-)
Lots of love,

great looking desk this week! Love all the fun stuff going on. I always tell folks in my classes not to sweat the small stuff till the project is finished cause like you say if you cut the edge off who will know it didn't look like that to begin with. Have a great week. Thanks for sharing. Vickie #45

Hi lots of interesting things on your desk but can I ask you a question, if you are working your way through ALL the bathrooms, how many do you have and how do you find time to clean them and craft? Ops! sorry that's 2 questions lol
happy WOYWW day

Just how many bathrooms are in that house, lol! Seems like you've been painting them for weeks. New rubber, always fun. And yes, rain is much better than snow but as we're within 3" of breaking a total snow record that's stood for 130 years, part of me actually wants a little bit more, just to say I was there when we broke the record!!
