Stamp Something ~ 3D somethings

The Stamp Something Challenge this week is hosted by my good blogging pal Alex! Her fantastic theme this week is '3D somethings'. This is right up my street just now as I am really enjoying making other items and altering things. A year ago I wouldn't have known where to start but I predict this year, for me at least, will be the year of the handmade gift bag/box!
This was a paper bag with a shop logo on the front and back but I soon covered that up! Most of the flowers were punched out, the sentiment scroll was made with folded card and the flap was made using nestabilities.

The image is Sugar Nellie 'Picking Apples' designed by Elisabeth Bell.

A side view to show that it is 3D!

The back is very plain, I might still add a couple of little flowers yet!
I am off to have a little play with some inks and paint!!! My new DT stamps have just arrived from Whimsy Stamps, I can't wait to ink to them up!
I am so thrilled to have joined this fabulous team that I am sorting out some blog candy to celebrate which I will hopefully post later in the week! Make sure you add yourself to my list of followers as this is where I will choose the winner from!
Supplies: DP ~ Sandylion, Kelly Panacci
Stamp ~ Sugar Nellie 'Picking Apples'
Embellishments ~ heart charms from Ebay, Papermania metal charm (pulled from flower), beads and ribbon from stash. Crystal stickers Pearls.
Tools ~ Cuttlebug and nesties, L-Em leaf punch

This is beautiful! You mentioned most of the flowers are punched out, what type of punch are you using and what type of paper? I'm still new at card making so my flowers are very dull compared to your beautiful work.

Wow, Deb! If I only received the bag I would be so happy. It's beautiful and all in my favorite colors! Love this.

Deb,
Thank you for stopping by my blog and giving me the link to your flower tutorial, how very creative, I would never have thought of using an embossing tool to add depth to flower petals in this way. I'll be giving this a try when I get home from work today.

Deb,
I used your tutorial and made some "puffy" flowers. I gave them a little color with a cotton ball and ink. I'll post the card I made on my blog.
Thanks again, I'll be using this technique on a regular basis.
