WOYWW

On my desk this week - some new stash!
Some My Minds Eye collections, they were a huge bargain, really it had to be done!
Oh, and my enormous tub of marshmallows!  I need a sweet treat whenever I have a cup of tea and these being fat free hit the mark! Of course I would prefer a nice big slab of something chocolately but I am on a health drive so fat free it is for the next few weeks at least!
My knitting coming along ever so slowly!  With tendonitis in my elbow I struggle to do more than a few rows, I am trying to rest it as much as possible from the things that aggravate it, knitting being one of those!
At this rate at least it should be finished by winter!

update on the guest room, some progress there!
If you would like to join us this week pop on over to Julia's blog for the details!

Love the yarn you're using in the knitting...gorgeous colour! And considering you're only doing a few rows at a time, your tension is very neat! Sucks Boo to the tendonitis though, hope it gets better really soon....
As for the crochet, there are some great tutorials on YouTube....honestly, I had no idea how to do it before last week and now I can't stop :)

Your scarf pattern is really pretty, but be kind to those poor elbows. :-)

Thanks for your visit to my workdesk the other day. I would LOVE to dive in those plastic bags to see what delightful paper and embellies are in there... looks like fun! Be careful with your elbow and knitting girl, there´s plenty of time before winter! Happy, belated, woyww, Marit #110

Ooh, glad to see I'm not the only one with a desk full of stash this week! Sorry to hear the knitting is causing some pain, hope you can figure out a solution that doesn't involve stopping knitting!! Had to read back to see what happened in the basement, bummer! That really sucks. We had a sump pump failure one year during a torrential thunderstorm, it was scary how quickly the water backed up and how powerless we were to stop it.
