WOYWW

I was nearly caught out with WOYWW this week, of course here it is still Tuesday evening but it is so late in the day if I leave it until Wednesday so here is a rushed pic of my desk.
This layout has sat here all day, feeling the beginnings of a cold coming on and it is playing havoc with my creativity!
I am done for the day now, hopefully I will get the embellishments on here tomorrow, needs lots more so will hopefully get some creative time in the morning to finish it!

a close up to show all the stitching.  I am totally addicted to machine stitching on my layouts.
short and sweet from me this week!  Hope you will join in with us, pop over to Julia's blog for details.
Thanks for dropping by!

Hi Deb I can see that a proper sewing machine makes a much neater job of it than the mini machine I have been dusting the cobwebs from! I too have loved the addition of the stitches so after seeing your lovely Layout I might just give the big machine a try! Happy WOYWW to you from Helen 5

What beautiful sewing, so neat
I'm worried that if I use my machine for stitching onto paper it will ruin it for my sewing what do you think?

This layout is looking great - love all the stitching! What paper collection is that? Hope you are feeling better today :-)

Your machine stitching is so even - I find the machine doesn't grip the paper so well as fabric, and tends to turn out uneven - any tips? Great layout BTW.

Hope you manage to ward off the cold with some extra rest and TLC. The stitching is gorgeous. If I ever get a sewing machine, it will be for scrapbooking -- I don't sew! I smiled when I saw the seashells and sand dollars on the paper in the close-up picture. From far away the circles could be snowflakes -- the shape and colors work well. Happy WOYWW from Laura #124
