WOYWW

It is that day of the week again when we open up our work surfaces to scrutiny and show what we are working on!
Here is the cardigan I began knitting last week.  It is short sleeved, perfect for a summer cover up. The pattern is Mystic River by Drops Design and is available to download free!
The pattern is so easy and forms a lovely fluted edge so I have adapted it for a scarf which I have already started.  A perfect project to keep in the car as I don't need notes and patterns.  Obviously I am not advocating knitting and driving although like me I am sure you have seen it all!  I have a few times a week picking up the kids where I am sitting waiting in the car so I pick up my knitting to pass the time!
I love this Debbie Bliss magazine, so many fantastic patterns in there!
The notebook is one I covered earlier, you can see it properly here!

 The mug cozy

You might notice my new look blog banner.  I thought it time I updated it and have gone back to my original blog name crafty cardi higgins, I think it works better now that I am revisiting all things woolly!
So, what are you working on this week!
Please join us, for more details pop on over to Julia's blog!

That does NOT look like a simple pattern to me!! I know I wouldn't be able to keep it in my head anyway! Love how the mug hug turned out too.

Hi Debs, spotted your new eye-catching blog banner immediately and just love it - all those gorgeous blue items gathered together are just a treat for the eyes.

Read your comment on Bernice's peg bag - about having to dry everything in a tumbler and almost had a heart attack! Love the smell of clothes dried outside so only dry indoors when it's dull and rainy ... sadly, that's fairly often here on the west coast of Scotland.

Love your little mug cosy :) Have a great WOYWW. Elizabeth x #104
